Put in your own units, checks, dishes and deliveries and the checks per day, the matrix, the audit score and the label count update as you type. The paid plan is about keeping what you make, against the site and the day it belongs to.
Every figure on this page is computed from the inputs you enter, by the method stated below it. The only constants ProbeLedger supplies are the published temperatures, holding limits, allergen list and HACCP principles, each cited where it is used. The defaults are a worked example to replace with your own.
